Executive Secretary National Human Rights Commission, Tony Ojukwu Esq has called on security agencies to see themselves as workers under civil authority and work to protect and not to antagonize. According to the Executive Secretary, security operatives should always have at the back of their minds that they are dealing with human beings with basic rights that cannot be taken away easily without the pronouncement of the Court of competent jurisdiction.
