Nigerian faces huge human rights and humanitarian unsalutary situation because of complex interplay of factors causing widespread forcible displacement.
Forcible displacement in Nigeria has been acerbated by a combination of factors - Boko Haram/ISWAP violent extremism/activities, drought/desertification in the Northeast, armed banditry and criminalities in the Northwest and Northcentral, communal conflicts, floods and activities of ‘unknown gunmen’ have made matter worse in the south.
