FORWARD
The Project on Protection of Persons of Concern through Human Rights Monitoring in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states is a collaborative effort of the National Human Rights Commission and The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) which started in 2015 with 10 project states.
1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This Second Quarter Report covers the human rights monitoring activities carried out across the three project states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe in April, May and June, 2020. The report highlights collated information of the monitoring activities that took place in different locations within the states.
